Shipping & Returns

Everything you need to know before you order. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 business days. Lead times vary by product line: in-stock items dispatch fastest, while newly licensed items may take longer. Where an item has a longer lead time, it is noted on the product page.

Delivery

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships. We deliver across India and do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination pin code, and is always shown before you pay.

Returns

Raise a return within 7 days of delivery by emailing meet@orangekiwi.in with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging.

• Returnable: items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, and unused items with original tags and packaging intact.
• Not returnable: sealed collectibles, figurines and blind-box items once opened (unless faulty), and anything marked non-returnable on its product page.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer. Shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

For an apparel size exchange, raise a return and place a fresh order for the size you want, subject to availability.

Cancellations

Cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
