Frequently Asked Questions
Is everything on Funikido really official?
Yes. We only stock licensed merchandise sourced through official brand partners such as Muse Asia, Banpresto, SEGA, Good Smile Company and others. Every product page names its manufacturer so you can verify what you are buying. We do not sell bootlegs or unlicensed reproductions.
What payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit and debit cards, and Cash on Delivery where available. Every price on this store is in Indian Rupees (INR).
How long will my order take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes another 3 to 7 business days depending on your pin code. You will receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you deliver everywhere in India?
We deliver across India. Metro cities are typically faster than remote pin codes. We do not currently ship internationally.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, if the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, or is unused with its original packaging intact. Sealed collectibles and blind-box items cannot be returned once opened unless they are faulty. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
How do anime sizes fit?
Apparel is unisex and follows standard sizing, but fit does vary between manufacturers. Check the size details on each product page before ordering, and message us if you are between sizes.
Are figurine sizes listed?
Yes. Dimensions are given on each product page. Collectible figures are often smaller than photos suggest, so we recommend checking the measurements before ordering.
My order has not arrived. What do I do?
Email us at meet@orangekiwi.in with your order number, or message us on Instagram. Courier delays from weather, strikes or regional restrictions are outside our control, but we will always help you track and resolve it.
Do you restock sold-out items?
Often, yes, but licensed merchandise runs in limited production windows. Follow us on Instagram for restock and drop announcements.
